(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held at the date, place and time specified by the chairman. (2) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least eight times a year and the period between two meetings shall not exceed two months. (3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), to discuss If at least one-third of the directors make a written request with a list of topics sought, the chairman shall call a meeting of the committee within seven days. (4) No meeting of the committee shall be held unless at least more than half of the directors are present. The director shall preside over the meeting of the committee. (6) The decision of the majority in the meeting of the committee shall be valid and if the votes are equal, the person presiding may cast the deciding vote. 8) Other matters related to the meeting of the committee may be determined by the committee itself.
